Description:Come work in one of the biggest kitchens in Central Oregon. Our unique view, signature menu items are great staff, makes this THE place to work. Duties:Make sauces; i.e. demi-glaze, mornay, etc. Works in unison with Saute1 Cook to ensure the line is set and stocked for evening business. Set plates to order, maintaining high quality, according to specifications set by the Chef. Work closely with Sauté' Cook to maintain smooth line functions.
Always check temperature to ensure hot items are piping hot, and not overdone, i.e. bakers, rice, vegetables. Always keep a clean, organized work station. Use proper break down procedures (storage & rotation) to ensure freshness and guard against spoilage. Strict adherence to Health Codes Standards & Policies regarding food handling.

Qualifications:Experience in a hotel or a related field. Preferred four years practical experience as a Professional Line Cook.
