Duties:Proper utilization of kitchen utensils and other equipment. Assists Cooks and other kitchen personnel in various duties as assigned by the Chef/Sous Chef. Prepares salads and sandwiches under the supervision of Lead Pantry Cook. Helps set up and dish banquet meals. Helps put away orders, using proper rotation. Keeps work area clean and orderly. Ensures that walk-ins, store rooms are kept neat and orderly. Strict adherence to Health Code Standards and Policies regarding food handling
