Description:Join our staff of professionals working in a beautiful corner of Central Oregon's high desert. Qualified candidate will be elgible for resort privileges such as free golf, warm springs pool/recreation, retail discounts etc
Duties:The Prep Cook assists cooks in preparation of banquets, line preparation, vegetables, etc., utilizing various kitchen utensils and knives. Proper use of utilization of kitchen utensils and other equipment. Assists Cooks and kitchen personnel in various duties as assigned by the Chef/Sous Chef. Helps put away orders, using proper rotation. Keeps work area clean and orderly. Ensure that walk-ins, store rooms are kept neat and orderly. Strict adherence to Health Code Standards and Policies regarding food handling.
Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED preferred. Need to posses and understand food preparation and portion control. Food Handlers Card, SERVSAFE certified preferred.
