| Duties: | Perform routine maintenance duties within the facility as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Repair minor/major damages within the facility. Perform minor electrical and plumbing duties. Perform finish carpentry, interior/exterior painting, wall repairs and floor repairs. Responsible for maintaining the facilty in a safe and presentable manner at all times. Maintain all tools and equipment for safe operational use. Other duties as assigned. Evening shifts and able to work weekends and holidays. Ability to lift 50 lbs. Wage $10.00 - $12.00 DOE |
| Qualifications: | High School Diploma & GED. Valid Oregon Drivers License required. One year experience in building and housekeeping maintenance |
