| Duties: | Develop and implement standard accounting, analysis and reporting procedures. Formulate and recommend policies on banking, receipt and disbursement of funds, fiscal and accounting matters. Forecast capital requirements. Participate in formulating short and long-term fiscal strategies. Comply with regulatory requirements by approving and filing statements and reports, filing returns, and paying taxes. Responsible for the administration of risk management and loss prevention programs for the fiscal protection of the Organization's. Ensure sufficient coverage is maintained at an assumable risk for the Organization.
Supervise and oversee the employment of assigned accounting, audit revenue, cage and count team staff. Supervisory responsibilities include areas such as hiring, training, issuing discipline and conducting performance evaluations. Issue written and oral instructions to staff. Direct and lead employees to ensure organization goals are being met. Handle employee relations issues.

| Qualifications: | Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA preferred. Three to five years experience in professional financial management or controller of resort or casino property. Experience in gaming finance preferred. |
