| Duties: | "The Fine Dining Lead Server is responsible for ensuring excellence in food service, training, supervising and
mentoring all dining room staff. We require the individual to be experienced in cost controls and have the ability to
be a team player with the staff to provide high quality dining experiences that exceed guest expectations. In
addition to providing service for assigned tables, the lead server coordinates the work of all fine dining staff
including section assignments, side work, quality monitoring, and trouble-shooting. The Lead Server works with
management to ensure efficient and effective operations at all times.

| Qualifications: | "Must be creative, organized, flexible, self-motivated and guest driven. Must have unlimited energy and enthusiasm
for the hectic summer and shoulder seasons and be able to maintain a positive attitude and sense of humor while
working under pressure. Candidates should have some prior dining room or restaurant manager experience in a
similar operation, fine wine service experience, and a strong base for fine dining service training. Oregon Food Handlers Card Required. Only candidates
meeting all criteria should apply. Minimum age 21.
