| Duties: | "Coordinates communication between the Front of the House (servers, bussers, etc.) and the culinary team.
Identifies orders, checks modifiers, completes finish work and sides for each food item, and ensures completeness
and quality of order. Assigns delivery or delivers order to guests as appropriate. Maintains kitchen and side station
in clean and orderly manner. Completes assigned side work. Assists service team in ensuring guest needs are met.
Performs standard side work and special side work as requested. Participates in department training programs.

| Qualifications: | "Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions in English; be able to handle multiple priorities and
tasks; have excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation skills; and have an excellent
service approach when dealing with guests. One year restaurant experience preferred. Minimum age 16. Oregon Food Handlers Card is required.
