| Duties: | "Serves food and beverages to guests, ensures customer satisfaction, and encourages repeat business. Greets
guests, presents guest with options (e.g. specific menu item or special), documents guest order on paper, confirms
order, and enters order in computer. Confirms order is prepared as requested and delivers to guest. Removes
dirty dishes from table and offers dessert items. Ensures all items ordered and delivered to guest are properly
billed. Solicits guest to return to facility. Performs expediting duties. Performs standard side work and special
side work as requested. Participates in department training programs.

| Qualifications: | Must be able to read and comprehend written instructions in English; be able to handle multiple priorities and
tasks; have excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal, and customer relation skills; and have an excellent
service approach when dealing with guests. One year serving experience preferred. Minimum age 18. OLCC Permit, Food Handlers Card, SERVSAFE certified preferred
